FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY of iOption Group Ltd.
iOption Group Ltd finance department handles all withdrawal requests submitted. The documents outlined on the deposit page must be submitted in order to process a withdrawal. If these documents were submitted at the time of deposit they are not needed for withdrawal.
iOption Group Ltd provides you with one withdrawal per month free of commission fees. Every additional withdrawal will be charged a fee of 30 USD/25 Euros
Once a withdrawal request is submitted it can take iOption Group Ltd up to 3-5 business days to process the request. Once the request has been approved please allow an additional 5-7 days for the funds to show in your account. Funds must be returned via the method used for the initial deposit and not to exceed the amount of the deposit. Amounts above the deposited amount are called “profits” for this explanation. Profits can be returned by wire transfer directly to your bank. You must provide your bank details when requesting the withdrawal or via Moneybookers if you have a Moneybookers account
Withdrawal Types:
Credit Card Withdrawal:
All funds invested by a credit card can be withdrawn to the same card only. The maximum withdrawal amount to a credit card cannot exceed the amount invested. Any additional funds can be withdrawn via wire transfer.
Wire Transfer:
A wire transfer withdrawal can processed for profits or those funds that were deposited using the wire transfer method.
Skrill (Moneybookers) Digital Wallet:
There is no fee for a withdrawal to your Skrill (Moneybookers) Digital Wallet and once processed by iOption, the funds are available instantly.
